According to court documents the teen ran. The officer gave chase and threw him to the ground and cuffed him. It is at this point it is believed his ribs were broken. The officer also pepper-sprayed him and restrained his neck.
The Smith family lawsuit claims police told paramedics the 17-year-old swallowed a bag of drugs.
In an effort to retrieve the alleged bag, the lawsuit says police had to “shove a sharp object into the teenagers throat.” Lawyers for the Smiths say drugs were never found in his throat or stomach.
Пацан не выжил. Полиция отрицает, что что-то было сделано не правильно. Т.е. это уже не анальная пенетрация, а просто перерезали парню горло. А ля гер ком а ля гер.
А вот так бывает, когда войны нет:
For the first time in generations, farmers in central Mexico have stopped planting marijuana.
Due to ample supplies up north, courtesy of medical and recreational cannabis legalization, cartel farmers can’t make any money off pot anymore, they told the Washington Post this week. The price for a pound of Mexican marijuana has plummeted 75 percent from $100 per kilogram to less than $25.
Т.е. если кому нравится поддерживать союз наркокартелей и военизированной полиции, ведущей войну с собственными гражданами - то ему, конечно, лучше продолжать поддержку всего этого. А если нет - то лучше нет.
